Property Sales France is a small company selling properties and businesses in the Oisans region of Isère and the less well-known Cantal region of the Auvergne, recognised as the lake district of France.

In the Oisans our main centre is the International ski resort of Alpe D’Huez which offers a high altitude, extensive ski area and is famous for its 21 hairpin bends which is one of the regular gruelling hill climb stages of the Tour de France.

Our aim is to find properties or businesses that suit your criteria and to make the purchase as straightforward as possible for you. We can either simply find you the property and you can organise the purchase yourselves or you can utilise our services to organise everything from start to finish. We even offer you an after purchase service of decorating / renovating properties.

Gerry and Mel Mallen have lived in France for many years working in the ski holiday industry. Due to high demand and the need for a more personal / familiar service we are now channelling our knowledge into property sales rather than property rentals. In 2005 we started Property Sales France by teaming up with CTIM Immobilier who deal with properties in the Grenoble and Isère area.
